Pakistan Association of the Blind, District Larkana, is a registered non-profit organization collaborating
with the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961 across Pakistan.
Founded in 1994, our mission is to empower visually impaired and blind individuals in our district through
education, training, and rehabilitation.
Our motto is “Empowerment through Education, Training, and Rehabilitation.” We strive to provide
comprehensive support to visually impaired and blind persons, enabling them to lead independent,
confident, and fulfilling lives.
